Water Exposure Precautions: To ensure the longevity of your tower, avoid exposing it to water or leaving it in standing water. If water is accidentally spilled onto the tower, promptly wipe it dry. Please note that damage caused by water or water exposure is not covered under warranty.

Natural Characteristics of Birch Plywood: Birch Plywood may exhibit a "pinhole" effect on the edges of the board. This is a natural characteristic of using natural timbers and is not considered a defect. The internal grooves in the plywood, where the steps slide in, may also have a different finish compared to the rest of the tower. This is not a manufacturing fault but rather an aesthetic variation. We appreciate these distinct features that highlight the natural charm of timber. If you're not willing to accept the natural variations of timber, please do not purchase this product.

Recommended Cleaning Methods: For regular cleaning, please use a damp cloth without any chemicals. Avoid using soapy water or baby wipes as they contain chemicals and alcohol that may adversely affect the timber and paintwork.

Customer service great, tower is just OK

The tower itself is broadly fine -- good price, delivered quickly. Now that it's assembled, it's doing the trick with an almost two year old.

But I was disappointed at the quality of some of the hardware. About half of the bolts had threads that were quite poorly machined, which meant a lot of trial and error in assembly. I'd suggest some more quality control on the small but crucial elements would be useful.

Thank you for the feedback Brett, we have taken this feedback onboard and will forward it onto our QC teams to note for the future. We haven't had issues with the Tavolo hardware to date, but certainly appreciate how frustrating it must have been. If you haven't already, please do get in touch with the team and they will send out a replacement set of hardware that should rectify any issues.

The tower itself is amazing! Only giving 4 stars because the toddler safety net could have been designed better in my opinion. You have to permanently screw it onto the tower which I understand would be so meets safety regulations however to take it off and clean it you have to unscrew each time. Just time consuming especially with a little one
