Subscriber Codes

Can I use more than one code?

Unfortunately you can not use multiple codes. We would recommend placing multiple orders if you wish to take advantage of multiple offers.

What are the $10 Welcome Code T&Cs?

New Subscriber Welcome Codes may be used on any full priced items over $100 or any combined order of eligible items over $100

Ineligible items include already discounted products or promotions.

Sales and Promotions

EOFY Sale

Our End of Financial Year Sale runs from June 2nd to July 1st. All sale prices and discount codes are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the sale period.

Please note, discounts or promotional codes cannot be retroactively added to any orders and discount code stacking is not available.

All offers are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order if items become unavailable or stock levels are insufficient.

Please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery during our busy EOFY Sale period.

Items purchased during the EOFY Sale are subject to our standard return/exchange policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Why wont my discount code work?

Discount Codes can be used on any Full Priced Items. They can not be used on already discounted products

Unless stated Connetix branded products are not included in sitewide sales.

Can I buy Gift Vouchers on sale?

Gift Vouchers are excluded from any sales or promotions.

Can I apply current sale prices to an existing Layby or Pre Order?

Our pricing policy doesn't allow for retrospective application of sale prices. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency for all our customers, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to purchase our stock when it becomes available. Offering discounts after the fact could be unfair to those who patiently waited for a sale.

I ordered last week can you refund the sale price?
