Layby Options
My Happy Helpers are proud to announce that Layby is now one of our many payment method options.
We appreciate that purchasing gifts for Christmas, Birthdays and other such Celebrations can be a daunting task and we hope that by offering layby as a payment option, we can help to ease the financial burden, and allow you to make bite size payments across several months.
To process a layby order, please shop as normal and select LAYBY at checkout.
Once you've finished ordering and have your order confirmation number, please email Lisa at support@myhappyhelpers.com.au to have her set up your Layby so you can make installments at your leisure.
Please see below for specific terms and conditions:
- The Price at the time of your order is final. No further discounts may be applied.
- Your balance is payable within 3 months of the date of your order.
- Payment must be made in full before items will be shipped. Please contact us with your order number when you balance has been paid in full.
- All goods will be dispatched when the invoice is paid in full. Partial dispatch is not available. It is also not possible to make any changes to an existing LAYBY, for example swapping items with others or removing items.
Please note, Layby is only available for orders worth $150AUD or more and a non refundable deposit of 20% is due immediately. The payment of this deposit is considered acceptance of these terms and this deposit will be forfeited if an order is cancelled or returned.
It is the customers responsibility to pay off the outstanding amount in time before the due date. We wont send out any reminders before or after the due date has passed and the stock from your order will be put back into our inventory after the due date has passed.

This chair is perfect for her, her feet don’t dangle, she sits still especially at the end of the day. The price was fantastic compared to some other popular companies and it came so quickly. So east to put together as well! I definitely recommended this brand to our occupational therapist and speech pathologist!

Such a wonderfully designed product. My 3yo can climb in and out of the chair safely and independently. Has a much smaller footprint than a highchair and so easy to clean! No secret hiding spots for food to collect. Most importantly of all the 3yo loves it!

The product is amazing, since day 1 my 16 months old son uses every day. It made my life a lot easier in the kitchen as he wasn’t letting me do anything without holding him. I purchased wooden fruit and veggie box as well and he plays with them in his tower while I’m cooking. I bought second Toova model and I’m so glad I did. It’s amazing to be able to use it as a little table. The product is second but no damage whatsoever. Customer service was great too! I highly recommend it to everybody.

BEST BUY EVER! My daughter who is now 19 months loves her learning tower and has been using it EVERYDAY! She acts like a little master chef in the kitchen. Being able to "Help" mum in the kitchen has helped to build her confident a lot and she's now literally "myhappyhelper".
The chairs are so well made, so comfortable. I love that they have sides so are more secure and also are narrow, so they don't take up so much space. They are light but very sturdy and the seat cushion is soft and easy to clean. The kids love them. Very responsive and accommodating service also. Perfect!
