We understand that purchasing gifts for Christmas, birthdays and other special celebrations can feel overwhelming. Our Layby option allows you to secure your order with just a 20% deposit and spread the remaining balance over the following months, making it easier to plan for life's special moments.
How Layby Works
20% Deposit
To process a Layby order, please shop as normal and select LAYBY at checkout. Once your order is placed, please pay the 20% deposit to the given account to secure your Layby.
Pay Over Time
Once your deposit is paid, please email support@myhappyhelpers.com.au to have us set up your Layby so you can make instalments at your leisure, big or small.
Receive Your Order
Once the balance is fully paid, our team will dispatch your order for you!
Please see below for specific terms and conditions:
• The price at the time of your order is final. No further discounts may be applied.
• Your balance is payable within 4 months of the date of your order, if you need longer please reach out and let us know.
• Payment must be made in full before items will be shipped. Please contact us with your order number when your balance has been paid in full.
• All goods will be dispatched when the invoice is paid in full. Partial dispatch is not available. It is also not possible to make any changes to an existing LAYBY, for example swapping items with others or removing items.
• Please note, Layby is only available for orders worth $150 AUD or more and a non-refundable deposit of 20% is due immediately.
• The payment of the deposit is considered acceptance of these terms and this deposit will be forfeited if an order is cancelled or returned.
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay off the outstanding amount before the due date. We won't send out any reminders before or after the due date has passed, and the stock from your order will be put back into our inventory after the due date has passed.
