We understand that purchasing gifts for Christmas, birthdays and other special celebrations can feel overwhelming. Our Layby option allows you to secure your order with just a 20% deposit and spread the remaining balance over the following months, making it easier to plan for life's special moments.

How Layby Works

20% Deposit

To process a Layby order, please shop as normal and select LAYBY at checkout. Once your order is placed, please pay the 20% deposit to the given account to secure your Layby.

Pay Over Time

Once your deposit is paid, please email support@myhappyhelpers.com.au to have us set up your Layby so you can make instalments at your leisure, big or small.

Receive Your Order

Once the balance is fully paid, our team will dispatch your order for you!

Please see below for specific terms and conditions:

Layby is only available for orders valued at $200 AUD or more.
A minimum 20% non-refundable deposit is required immediately to secure your Layby.
Payment of the deposit is deemed acceptance of these Layby Terms & Conditions.
The price at the time your order is placed is final. No further discounts or promotional offers can be applied to an existing Layby.
The remaining balance must be paid in full within 4 months of the date your order was placed. If you require additional time, please contact us before the due date to discuss this.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the outstanding balance is paid in full by the due date. We do not send payment reminders before or after the due date.
Your order will not be shipped until the balance has been paid in full.
Once you have made your final payment, please contact us with your order number so we can arrange dispatch.
All items in your Layby will be shipped together once the balance has been paid in full. Partial shipments or partial dispatches are not available.
Changes cannot be made to an existing Layby. This includes removing items, adding items or swapping items for different products.
Laybys cannot be cancelled by the customer once the order has been placed and the deposit has been paid.
If My Happy Helpers agrees, at its discretion, to a customer-requested cancellation or amendment, a cancellation fee may apply and any refund or store credit will be calculated in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of cancellation.
If a layby is cancelled by My Happy Helpers due to non-payment by the due date, the 20% deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
If your Layby is not paid in full by the due date, the Layby will be cancelled, the stock from your order will be returned to inventory, and your 20% deposit will be forfeited.
