Water Exposure Precautions: To ensure the longevity of your tower, avoid exposing it to water or leaving it in standing water. If water is accidentally spilled onto the tower, promptly wipe it dry. Please note that damage caused by water or water exposure is not covered under warranty.

Natural Characteristics of Birch Plywood: Birch Plywood may exhibit a "pinhole" effect on the edges of the board. This is a natural characteristic of using natural timbers and should not be considered a defect. We encourage you to appreciate the uniqueness of each Learning Tower, embracing its natural beauty.

Aesthetic Variation in Internal Grooves: The internal grooves in the plywood, where the steps slide in, may have a different finish compared to the rest of the tower. This is not a considered manufacturing fault but rather an aesthetic variation. We appreciate these distinct features that highlight the natural charm of the chosen timber. If you’re not willing to accept aesthetic variation in these areas please do not purchase this product. 

Recommended Cleaning Methods: For regular cleaning, please use a damp cloth without any chemicals. Avoid using soapy water or baby wipes as they contain chemicals and alcohol that may adversely affect the timber and paintwork.

The best!

This is the best! I have three kids and have finally purchased one, not sure why I haven't purchased one sooner. My kids like to stand on it and eat their food LOL the kids like to help in the kitchen, I know they are steadily standing next to us. The white and birch colours are lovely. It's very sturdy. I like that it has two heights to choose from. It's lightweight so easily moveable. Easy to clean as well.

Overall a great product, we bought for our 3 year old and his younger brother to use as he grows. Easy to put together, aesthetically pleasing and large enough that our 3 year old doesn’t try to pick up and move around the house to get into places he shouldn’t.

Super quick despatch after ordering & shooting a quick query by email the next morning. Delivery updates were spot on and I received the item within a few days. The actual item itself is fabulous, looks great once assembled and is quite sturdy. My nieces loved it & will get lots of use. Worth it

We had a cheap single one that was constantly being fought over by 1 and 2 year old so thought I'd try a double. Hesitant at first as its alot of money but totally worth it. Being 100% honest, I liked the idea of it but thought it was a lot of money for such a simple product. But the longer we were stuck inside with isolation, the more dire my need to make our small apartment fun for our toddler became, and I’m glad I caved; this was a worthwhile investment. It has allowed me to do the cooking and cleaning in the kitchen without the constant whinging my attention. My toddler now steps up and colours or works on puzzles next to me. It’s also been great for activities together like baking, imaginative play and craft! A worthy investment for this Melbourne mum!
