This is the 3rd I have bought for grandchildren. It is a quality product which allows children to be part of meal preparation, family eating around the bench whilst being safe.
We bought a learning tower for our friends child’s first birthday but the lucky boy received two! We followed the returns process, and now 6months later are still battling with the return. The company has been very slow in communicating and unhelpful/resistant to help find our return. Whether or not it has been returned to the company we don’t know. Regardless, for a company called Happy Helpers I expected a bit more… I’m not sure how a huge package goes missing, when sent to their return address, but it means a little boy now goes without a present many friends and family put money in for. Big shame.
You contacted us several months after apparently returning an order. We asked you for tracking, you were unable to provide. We asked you to check with Australia Post for the address it was delivered too and we even offered to personally go to the address it was delivered too (which was not our warehouse) to see if they had the package, but again you were unable to provide us with information about where it was delivered.
We are unable to process a return for an item that was never returned to us and I'm not sure that offereing to go and pick up the parcel if you can tell us where it is, would be considered 'unhelpful or resisting'.
Great quality, it is very stable and does not take up too much room. Toddler loves being up high watching me cook. And it keeps him crawling around in the kitchen and tugging on my legs. I love how you can adjust height so it will grow with the child and last many years. It was easy to DIY our own blackboard and just slide in the already made slot.
The product is really good, and am happy with the look. However, it is extremely dangerous, even with adult supervision, my daughter fell out of the back of the stand. I will be putting this away until she is old enough to understand how to get out. Which will be +12 month. Which means the product is not suitable for a 12 month old unless there further safety enhancements to this product.
Thank you for the review Anneliese, and I sincerly hope your little one is ok. It is important to note that our recommended age of 12+ months is to be used as a guide. Most children are able to safely use a Learning tower at some stage between the ages of 12 months and 2 years, but like all things related to child development, it varies from child to child. We recommend that a tower is not used before the child is competent on their feet and has been mobile for some time. It is also important to note that our towers are tested to global standards and the optional extras (Magnetic boards and toddler guards) are primarily designed to keep little ones OUT of the tower when they cant be supervised, rather than keeping them IN the tower. I hope your little one is able to use their tower again shortly and you are able to experince the benefits of having your little one up at bench top height with you.
Very sturdy. 18 month old daughter loves joining in on the cooking.
