Around the one-year mark, children often start making little routines of their own. At first, your child may just test each tile in passing. Soon, the Threads tile becomes the one they trace through, the Teeter Totter is the one they tip back and forth, and the Keyboard is where they tap away like they have very important work to do. Before long, it is less random fiddling and more a familiar sequence they choose for themselves.
