The design features a unique pebble dash style chimney breast that rises from the base to the roof. A sliding grill on the ground floor provides access to a small urban-style strip of lawn, perfect for dollies to sunbathe or water the plants. Inside, there are six rooms to furnish, and a starter set of modernist furniture is included, featuring a cooker and fridge, a dining table with two chairs, a bath and vanity unit, a double bed with a wardrobe, and a fifties-style sofa accompanied by a small plant, lamp, and coffee table. The lawn is adorned with a potted plant and a sunbed, creating a charming outdoor space.
