Smaller themed sets like this are lovely for quiet, focused play, and the camping theme naturally draws out planning and storytelling: what to pack, where to pitch the tent, what happens when the explorer hears a rustle in the woods. All while spatial reasoning and fine motor skills get their daily exercise.
