I purchased a Learning Tower (TAVOLO 2) as a gift, and while functional, it arrived with visible scratches, dents, and blemishes, making it appear used. Despite providing photo evidence and requesting a partial refund to account for the cosmetic defects (as returning the assembled, gifted item was impractical), the company refused any compensation. This experience was further marred by the fact that I had to follow up numerous times to attempt to rectify the situation and it was only until I asserted a final date to respond did a customer rep finally get back to me. They only offered a full refund upon return, dismissing the inconvenience caused. Beyond disappointed by the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue, especially for a product marketed as new - I offered to revise a partial refund alternative though that was shut down - the lack of understanding of my situation was also evident by the late replies and general lack of regard to the urgency. Poor customer service and unwillingness to address valid concerns. To this end, unfortunately, I cannot recommend - which is a shame, as I was keen to support and Aussie business and genuinely give them a go.
Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with a full refund (including shipping) upon return of this item Saad. Unfortunatly in circumstances like this we do require the product to be returned to us so we can raise the issues up our supply chain. This is outlined in our returns policy. We would have been happy to send a replacement and we also offered you a Gift Voucher but you did not seem to want anything other than what you demanded in your initial email - to keep the product and recieve a significant refund. It's also important to note that your initial email came through on a Saturday and we responded within 48 buisness hours. Our customer Service team do notwork weekends, apologies.
We bought a happy helper for two of our seven grandkids for their first birthdays and their Mum and Dad love them. Such a great product and the fact they convert to a table with chair makes them even better. Love them.
My little one has been walking from 9 months & wanting to be apart of everything I do. We got her this for her 1st birthday & she is over the moon being in the kitchen with us while we prepare meals, washing her hands or just being around while we potter about.
So easy to put together & arrived so quickly.
I also spent a good 30 mins talking to a team member about which one was right for our family. Excellent customer service.

The wrong product was sent which is fine as accidents happen however there was a delay at HH after I sent the incorrect product back and the correct product didn't arrive in time for my niece's birthday. In retrospect their prices also aren't competitive.
My nearly 2 year old has been having a wonderful time watching me prepare meals and get involved. Very easy to put together and clear instructions. Thank you MHH :)

This has been a great addition. Great quality & very sturdy for use by my toddler.
I bought this bike for my granddaughter’s first birthday (shipping was extremely fast) and she absolutely loves it.
My baby is 9months and starting to pull up on things. This sturdy frame doesn't tip or move when she pulls up which is awesome. Once she can, she will start climbing it and I am relaxed knowing it meets the maximum safe fall height for under threes (under 50cm). Other versions like from a cheap department store (iykyk) are over 70cm high making them unsafe.
This is the best chair ever!! My little man loves it, it’s so easy for him to climb onto and off and supppper comfy 🙌🏼
With so many learning towers on the market it took a long time to pick. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice so easy to build and Bubby absolutely loves it. Easy for him to climb up into and he just loves being in the kitchen helping out. I love the extra little step as it will be there when our family grows.
I now have both the dinning chair and the high chair, my granddaughter loves them she can sit at the breakfast bar and the dinning table with us. She thinks she is pretty special. Ordering was easy, delivery was very quick. They are easy to put together. I can't recomend them high enough.
Fantastic idea in bringing young children to bench height safely so they can be helpers in the kitchen. Not so easy to put together but a great idea

The smaller shelves don’t fit much great for baby books
the shelf itself isnt that sturdy to begin with the bottom of the shelf makes no sense to me yes you bolt it to the wall but if your in a rental and can’t its not the shelf for you very wobbly and will tip
Hi Justice, please don't use the shelf without securing to the wall. If you feel you can't bolt it to the wall as per instructions please use command strips that are suitable for your wall substrate. All bookshelves and heavy furniture should be secured to a wall, particularly around children. If you need to get in touch please don't hesitate to give us a call or email.
Great quality and no obvious signs for us by purchasing Scratch and Dent. Eventually our toddler will do more damage in the years ahead!
