The packaging was inadequate and squashed. Both the handles were sticking out when we received it. Luckily the hobbyhorse was undamaged.
Also it still has a spot which says press here which does nothing. We enquired and were told it used to have a battery but no longer. It would be good to remove the patch which says press here. Otherwise it is a lovely toy.

Child safety is of utmost importance to us and with the change in safety regulations around button batteries we felt it was a safer option to disable this feature entirely. We are currently unable to remove the tag as it is sewn on. Thankyou for your understanding & we hope you and your little one enjoy playing with the Unicorn Hobby Horse. Have a magical day!
This is the cutest little rider ever. So sturdy and looks adorable. My 1 year old loves it! She's too short for it at the moment but loves sitting on the seat and being wheeled around the house. I can't wait for her to be tall enough to move it herself!

Very disappointed with the quality of this product!!! After initially having to have new pieces sent out because they were damaged upon arrival we have now had our tower for 3 weeks and whilst I LOVE the function of this tower the quality is beyond shocking considering the price tag!!! Paint and wood is cracking in crucial areas, sad and disappointed as I saved for weeks as a single mother to be able to afford this for my toddler and I am now wishing I went with the kmart brand one as they have none of the issues I am experiencing with MHH. I have followed every care instruction by MHH - don't get wet and wipe down immediately if do, do not use cleaning products to clean only damp cloth.
I’m very disappointed with this service, I ordered the item as a gift and was sent the wrong product . I reached out to customer service and explained the urgency, asking if they could send the correct item whilst I returned the incorrect one. I made it clear I was more than happy to send back the incorrect product but they refused and insisted on waiting until the wrong item was picked up before they would ship the correct item I purchased. As a result I did not get the gift in time . Very poor customer service and inflexible policies which technically breach consumer laws for Australia

We’re very happy with this purchase. I don’t feel like we’re missing out on anything with this cheaper alternative. Blocks are lightweight but dense and withstand rough play with boys. I doubt we’ll need anymore blocks as there’s a suitable length for every creation in this set. Was most impressed with delivery, arrived safely in 48 hours! Well loved by our children aged 2 to 5 years.
Bought myself one. Loved it so much I bought my sister one too! So easy to clean! Nothing has stained it! Looks great! Good quality! Will buy for future children too with the harness!

My son has struggled with his pencil grip so his lines were previously a bit wobbly. The tracing board had helped improved his confidence, almost immediately. He now sits down each morning between breakfast and getting ready for school and happily practices! Also this board is about a third of the price I saw elsewhere, so Im happy I searched around! We purchased both the letters and numbers.

I purchased a Learning Tower (TAVOLO 2) as a gift, and while functional, it arrived with visible scratches, dents, and blemishes, making it appear used. Despite providing photo evidence and requesting a partial refund to account for the cosmetic defects (as returning the assembled, gifted item was impractical), the company refused any compensation. This experience was further marred by the fact that I had to follow up numerous times to attempt to rectify the situation and it was only until I asserted a final date to respond did a customer rep finally get back to me. They only offered a full refund upon return, dismissing the inconvenience caused. Beyond disappointed by the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue, especially for a product marketed as new - I offered to revise a partial refund alternative though that was shut down - the lack of understanding of my situation was also evident by the late replies and general lack of regard to the urgency. Poor customer service and unwillingness to address valid concerns. To this end, unfortunately, I cannot recommend - which is a shame, as I was keen to support and Aussie business and genuinely give them a go.

Unfortunatly in circumstances like this we do require the product to be returned to us so we can raise the issues up our supply chain. This is outlined in our returns policy. We would have been happy to send a replacement and we also offered you a Gift Voucher but you did not seem to want anything other than what you demanded in your initial email - to keep the product and recieve a significant refund. It's also important to note that your initial email came through on a Saturday and we responded within 48 buisness hours. Our customer Service team do notwork weekends, apologies.
We bought a happy helper for two of our seven grandkids for their first birthdays and their Mum and Dad love them. Such a great product and the fact they convert to a table with chair makes them even better. Love them.
My little one has been walking from 9 months & wanting to be apart of everything I do. We got her this for her 1st birthday & she is over the moon being in the kitchen with us while we prepare meals, washing her hands or just being around while we potter about.
So easy to put together & arrived so quickly.
I also spent a good 30 mins talking to a team member about which one was right for our family. Excellent customer service.

The wrong product was sent which is fine as accidents happen however there was a delay at HH after I sent the incorrect product back and the correct product didn't arrive in time for my niece's birthday. In retrospect their prices also aren't competitive.
