An ABS hard quality plastic outer shell with a lightweight inner shell featuring foam pads and adjustable chin straps. Stylish and comfortable helmet, perfect for kids to scoot, skate and ride safely. Sized to fit a head circumference of 48-53 cms. – Suitable for children up to 5 years old.
