The Balance Rocker Board is much more than a toy. It was first constructed in the 1960’s to help athletes strengthen the muscles in their legs and their core and has since been modified to create an aide for children to assist and improve their gross motor development skills.
Gross motor skills are vital for walking, running, standing up, jumping and bending down to tie a shoelace.
This Rocker Board is ideal for small spaces and can double up as a tray table for toddler activities.
